My incredible PR team that's based in NYC, Factory PR, always sends me the press pitches that they're working on, and this week's pitch is just to fabulous not to share with you! Take a peek below at their focus for the week, so divine!
Our focus for the week was on the conservative yet sexy dresses that go from day to night. Titled “The Stepford Life”, our pitching was geared towards standout Single dresses that have a bit of a 1950’s influence – prim, proper and ladylike, but updated with modern fabrics, prints and with a push of sex appeal. Looks including the Tina Dress (in leopard silk charmeuse with rocker belt), Victoria B dress (in leopard cotton sateen and red belt), Eva Fitted Dress (in black and leopard with red belt), Strappy Fitted Bra Dress (in ink brocade twill) and Cut Out Shoulder Dress (in magenta brocade twill) perfectly exemplify this “Mad Men meets Desperate Housewives” trend.
That being said, we are excited for the activity that has been generated as a result of this pitching – including that with ELLE (pulled the leopard print bustier dress for a December feature), GLAMOUR (requested the ruffle front dress with zipper detail), INSTYLE (requested 3 Single dresses for their December fashion features), LUCKY, MANHATTAN MAGAZINE (requested the fitted strappy lace dress in silver + black for a celebrity fashion feature), COSMOPOLITAN and more!
Love this - the "Mad Men" trend is on fire right now and Single's sweet yet sexy dresses give off this vibe in the most seductive way!!!
