It was such a rewarding day in terms of giving back, and I am so honored to report that we were chosen as one of Los Angeles' premier contemporary brands to be a part of this prestigious sale at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica. I love being a part of such a great collection of brands (including Haute Hippie, Trina Turk, James Perse, and Michael Stars, to name a few) who have all gathered under one roof to spread awareness and raise funds to help find a cure for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. What better way to give back than by shopping? ;-)
The event itself is so much fun, and always sees a wonderful celebrity turnout. This year, it was so fun to mingle with Rachel Zoe, Molly Sims, Jaime Pressly, and of course my dear friend Cameron Silver. There was a beautiful tent set up for Rachel, who attended with her hubby Rodger Berman and their adorable kids, where she signed copies of her new book. Rachel signed mine by saying "Stay Stylish"... love that, how fun!
It was such a wonderful and warm atmosphere, on a beautiful sunny day when all of LA's tastemakers came out to support an amazing charity. Once again, I am so honored to have been asked to participate in this great day! #humblebrag to say the least :-)
