Event Report: The Left Shoe Company

Hello dears,

Today, I have another, quite different, event to report on! The Left Shoe Company is a men's custom shoe line, and is a hidden gem that's soon to become an essential for every gentleman in your life. The shop, located in Melrose Place, is like no other... once inside, you're transported into a time when men were men, and women were wooed, waited on, and treated like ladies!

An era long gone by, you say? Well, not quite! If you fancy yourself a modern day Cary Grant - or perhaps James Bond - you can step inside this fantastic boutique, enjoy a martini (shaken, not stirred, a la Mr. Bond), and have your feet measured by a state of the art computer. From there, choose your design and customize it, and voila! In 3-4 weeks your bespoke shoes will arrive. Each pair is hand made in Portugal by The Left Shoe Company's team of artisans. The prices are great, and the service is truly sublime. Seriously, when was the last time you could enjoy a drink while your feet were tenderly cared for? Give the shop a try, and believe me... this experience is fully worth it!

At the event, I gathered along with Good News Girl Wendy Burch,  Fox 11 news anchor Susan Hirasuna, and marketing maven Michelle Vink, stunned in her sexy leather Single Dress... gorgeous! We also mingled with Elizabeth An, the CEO of House of An and the Crustacean Restaurant Group. In fact, Crustacean catered the event and even created a custom cocktail called "The Single" which contained vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. Delicious!

Xo, G
