New York Film Academy Event Honoring Viktor Kruglov

One of the things I am proudest of is my Russian heritage, so whenever I am asked to participate in an event celebrating Russian culture or people, I jump at the chance. This brings me to a wonderful event I recently attended, honoring famous Russian agent Viktor Kruglov and associates as well as the New York Film Academy.

Held at a breathtaking private estate in the Hollywood Hills, the evening also featured a selection of quite notable Russian television personalities and models that were being filmed for a reality TV show to air on Russia's Channel 1.

Working with the TV personalities and models was very cool - as a part of the show, the girls were filmed visiting Single's factory to meet with me, and learn the process that I go through when designing each garment. I then selected a Single dress for each of the 16 contestants on the show to wear to this event, as well as gave them a few of my favorite styling suggestions and beauty tips. This was so much fun for me!

I was so pleased with how much the girls loved their Single dresses, and it gave me great joy to see them wearing them with confidence to the event. I worked very hard to make sure that each dress fit the personality of each lady, highlighting their unique gifts. My favorite stylist, Mike Sam, was also on hand to help me with all of the finishing touches, as well as choosing accessories and shoes.

The event turned out to be a tremendous success, and I had a marvelous time. A warm evening, delicious Russian food and beautiful models wearing my designs... what else could I ask for?

Take a look at some of my favorite photos from the event below!
