I can't wait to tell you about the most magical wedding which I recently had the pleasure of attending, the Mazur-Adler Wedding which was held on October 17. Such a beautiful night for Jessica Mazur and Alan Adler!
To this glorious occasion, I wore a runway Dior gown by John Galliano for his last collection with Dior. Magical!
The magic of the night began as we entered the majestic hall on Downtown LA's Historical District, where the wedding was held. We were greeted with champagne flutes, and escorted to a gilded birdcage which served as the gift box for the gift envelopes for the bride and groom. As some of you might not know, in the Russian tradition there is no wedding registry, so the bride and groom get money for their wedding. Hence the gilded cage filled with envelopes!
From there, we made our way up the most magnificent staircase decorated with beautiful, fragrant roses. It was so grand, I felt transported into another era! On the second level, we were served yummy sushi, and there was also a fantastic ice sculpture near the caviar station. After filling up on champagne and caviar blinis (Russian style), we all proceeded to the ceremony. It was quite magical, and the dance party that followed was beyond fun! The flowers were gorgeous, and the band kept us dancing to no end! No one wanted to leave until way past 2am, and so we simply kept dancing the night away. My feet were burning, but not giving up!
To add to all of the fun, the parents of the bride hosted a second day soiree for cocktails, dinner, and dancing at their amazing residence on the Sunday following the wedding. What can I say, it was a party like no other!

Such nice wedding. Their purple theme is so adorable. It is my favorite color and I would love to use this color scheme for my own wedding day. We have been finalizing a lot of things these days and recently have booked the outdoor Chicago wedding venues for the day.
