We spotted Devin Kelley, the beautiful actress known for her roles on "Covert Affairs" and "The Chicago Code," looking absolutely stunning in Single's black silk maxi dress!

While I'm not quite sure why she's exiting a police car, one thing is for sure.... it definitely wasn't for a crime against fashion! No need for the fashion police here!!!
