This month has been an absolute whirlwind! I've attended quite a few fabulous events so far, and this exciting month is brimming with lavish fashion presentations from many of my favorite designers.
Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the most wonderful event for Nina Ricci by Neiman Marcus that was held at the Palihouse Holloway Hotel in West Hollywood. Now that Autumn has arrived, the temperatures have cooled down and we have to bundle up in our coats before heading out for the night. The night of the event was a quite chilly, but once we stepped inside the lovely Palihouse, we instantly felt cozy and warm from the elegance of the event.
When I arrived, the gracious team from Neiman Marcus announced that the evening had officially begun. How sweet!!! This was the highlight of the night! After that lovely dose of flattery (because what girl doesn't love a compliment?), we sipped champagne and chatted with everyone from Neimans. From there, we were escorted to our seats and treated to a delicious sit down dinner and a presentation of Nina Ricci's Spring 2012 collection. Click here to check it out!
The entire presentation of beautiful garments took me back to the glamorous days of Audrey Hepburn - nostalgic , delicate dresses and timeless beauty. With a color palette of pale rose, white, and navy (which is officially the new black), I was completely charmed by Nina Ricci's latest designs. What a great way to spend an evening! It was a nice opportunity to catch up with some friends, including my dearest Christine Chiu, Asya Gorovets, Larissa Sabadash, and Anna Itkin (who looked smashing!). The LA society ladies came out for Nina!
It was definitely a night to remember... and next week I am looking forward to attending Dior and McQueen events. Of course, photos and details to come my darlings! So many things to look forward to :)
