This past Sunday May 15th was a fabulous day. The sun was shining and the blue skies were sparkling and we had so many lovely things to do. Our children Sara and Evan performed in a music recital, which was so fun and simply wonderful to see them embrace their love of music. They are quite the passionate piano players, if I do say so! :-)
After the recital, Sara and I went off to a friend's baby shower, that friend being Lili Sari - who just also happens to be a devoted Single fan! Lili is one of the few people that I know who probably have more Single items in her closet than I do!! Ha! Lili is due in June so we all gathered at a Russian restaurant to celebrate her little babe!
Later that evening, we had a quiet family dinner with the kids and watched the sunset from our deck. A simply beautiful moment! What a great way to end a wonderful Sunday... enjoy the photos!
PS - Make special note of the fab hat that I created at the baby shower from a paper plate, bows, ribbons, and tulle! Too bad that the Royal Wedding has passed, otherwise Philip Treacy would have had some major competition! Ha, Ha! I also made headbands for Sara and Jacqueline.. so cute!
