Spotted: Emmy Rossum

Hi dears,

I have a fun "celebrity sighting" for you... I spotted Emmy Rossum at my nail salon yesterday morning! She is so cute!!! Only in LA ;-)

She wore an adorable 70's camel skirt with a vintage lace top and looked so beautiful. She is such a talent... should I tell TMZ? Ha! Ha!
