Bel Air Magazine's Launch Party

Hi friends!

Last Friday, I had the pleasure and good fortune to be invited to a fun VIP event at a private residence in Bel Air, for Bel Air Magazine's Launch Party! So fun.

I went with my friends Jenny Leeser
(a great PR gal) and my darling Christine Chiu, although it took some time for us to actually get to the event! See, due to an overwhelming RSVP response, they had to shuttle people from a UCLA parking location - and believe it or not we actually had a blast on the shuttle! It reminded us of Summer Camp :)

But remember, after the shuttle dropped us off, we still had to walk up the hill. Walking in Bel Air in heels... oy!!!

Although I have to admit, the heels are pretty fabulous!

Once we arrived at the event - WOW is all I could say. From the view to the scent of jasmine and gardenias from the pristine manicured gardens surrounding the estate, it was all just divine.

The event was sponsored by the Avakian Team (my favorite jewelers) and the jewels that they had on display were out of control! The yummy baubles sprinkled with diamonds were so lustworthy. As expected, champagne flowed from the ice carved bar, and Christine scored a great piece of "Sex and the City" memorabilia - a signed photo of the four girls looking supremely glamorous. And the best part is that it was all for a good cause, The Los Angeles Children's Hospital.

For the night's festivities, I wore one of my new favorite Single dresses, hot off the delivery rack that had just come in. I paired the dress with my fave pink satin Louboutin heels and bag, and voila! The pink of the shoes really complement the vibrant hue of the Single dress. I'll keep you posted when this is available for sale on Single's shopping site!

In all, it took me two minutes to pick out my outfit. I got ready and off I went, out the door. That is what I call Fashion Boot Camp Training 101 at SingleDress.com!

Check out some fab photos of Jenny Leeser, Christine Chiu, and myself below.
