What an incredible journey this has been!
It's hard to believe that we've come to the end of the road with Launch My Line, but when looking back, I wouldn't have changed a thing.
While watching last night's show, the feelings and memories of those crazy, stress-filled days and nights came rushing back to me like a huge wave of emotion. On one hand, I cherish the time that I spent guiding Eric and collaborating with him on the design process, yet on the other hand, I am so glad it's over!I really enjoyed the fact that Fergie loved Eric's collection so much, I can totally see her rocking any one of his dresses on the red carpet! Fergie is also a huge fan of Single, and has worn my line on two occasions. One of my favorite looks on her was the floral dress she wore on the way back from her honeymoon with her hubby Josh Duhamel.
What a treat it was to see her! She has such an amazing, genuine personality and is just such a blast to be around.
What can I say... Eric and I stayed true to our girl, the fun, sexy girl we designed these garments for. Our line was commercial, yet edgy, hip and wearable! I think that our passion for the line really came through in every piece we created, and we really gave it our best shot. I have to give a tremendous shout out to Lisa Kline for supporting our line from day one. She was like our guardian angel - always supportive, loving our creations, and rooting for Eric. Thank you Lisa for standing by both Eric and myself, we are hugely grateful for everything.
